To create an empowering environment for your practice and community, please follow these studio policies.
- All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Payments are due prior to attending the class.
- We reserve the right to cancel any classes with low or no registrants.
- Poles are not to be shaken under any circumstances to avoid loosening of hardware.
- Rings and lotion are prohibited on our poles.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All injuries are to be advised to the instructor prior to class.
- Please turn your phone ringer off during class. If you need to take a call, do so in our lobby.
- If you feel sick, have a fever or difficulty breathing or in the last 2 weeks been in close contact with a person suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19, please stay home. We reserve the rights to reject anyone that is sick from participating.
- We do not tolerate aggression, bullying, verbal abuse, threats, hitting, property damage, and racism.
Refunds & Credits
- All sales are final, non-shareable and non-transferrable. We do not issue refunds.
- All class packs have an expiration date from the purchase date. There is a fee of $10 for class pack extensions and re-activation within 6 months of purchase.
Late Policy
- We care about you and your health. Pole is physically challenging and warm ups are critical. We also understand there are various reasons that are out of your control that may cause you to be late. Unfortunately we cannot allow you to attend class if you are more than 5 minutes late. It is disruptive to class, your fellow students, instructor, and it is unsafe for you to miss the warm up. You will not be refunded your class credit if you are late.
Cancellation Policy
- Private lessons have a 24 hour cancellation policy and must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being fully charged.
- We have a 5 hour cancellation policy for all classes. Students with membership: NO-SHOW fee per class $20 and LATE CANCELLATION fee $15. Students with class packs or single classes will lose their class credit. You must cancel at least 5 hours before the start of your class time. Cancellations with less than 5 hour notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
- It is your responsibility to cancel your reservation by logging into your account. No emails, phone calls, Facebook message or text message will be accepted.
Waitlist
- If you would like to attend a class that has a waitlist please add your name as there are frequent cancellations. If you are added to the class, our system will send you an email confirmation and you can also check by logging into Mind Body.
Registration Policy
- Pre-registration for class is required. We do not accept walk-ins.
Inclement Weather Alert
- The safety of members and employees is our top priority when making decisions whether to cancel a class due to bad weather. If the National Weather Service have recommended staying off roads or sheltering indoors, we will cancel class. If this were to happen, all students who are registered for classes during that time will be notified directly via phone call/voicemail and email.

Pole Class Tips
- Do not apply lotions or oils at least 2 hours before attending pole classes as it will make hands and legs slippery and unable to grip the pole.
- Please do not wear jewelry (especially rings) to pole class for they will damage the poles and the jewelry itself.
Class Attire
- We are body friendly here therefore we recommend that you wear whatever that makes you feel comfortable. To be able to grip the pole you will need to wear shorts.
- No street shoes are allowed in our classes. Only stripper/pole shoes are allowed.
- Pole dance knee pads are encouraged.
Session Makeup Policy
- Doll House Pole Fitness understands that life happens. If you miss a class, you are still required to abide by our cancellation policy and you are allowed to make it up in another session within the same month. If you do not make up a missed class before the end of the session, you forfeit your credits.
Groupon and Living Social Deals
- In order to redeem your voucher, you will first need to create an account on our Mindbody site, then send us an email with your voucher number. Then we will input the class credit and set you up on our end. Please do not show up without a reservation.
