Pole Tips
- Do not apply lotions or oils before attending pole classes as it will make hands and legs slippery and unable to grip the pole.
- Please do not wear jewelry (especially rings) to pole class for they will damage the poles and the jewelry itself.

It is the ultimate workout for the modern day woman or man and distinguishes itself by combining both cardio and strength training in one fun workout. You will be amazed to learn how many muscles you need to use during this workout and how quickly you will master this art. Pole dance is also a performing art, a combination of dance and gymnastics. It involves dancing and performing acrobatic tricks with a vertical pole. Pole fitness is an increasingly popular form of fitness and dance, practiced by many enthusiasts in gyms and dedicated dance studios. A wide range of amateur and professional competitions are held in many countries around the world.

We do not accept walk-ins. Pre-registration for class is required due to limited pole availability.
We are body friendly here therefore we recommend that you wear whatever that makes you feel comfortable. To be able to grip the pole you will need to wear shorts. Heels are not required, bare feet is best. Once you get more acclimated with the pole then you can wear heels.
No experience is required. You will learn everything you need to know at our classes. Start in the beginner classes on the schedule, and slowly work your way up when you feel ready to. Come as you are.
You do not need to be already fit or have upper body strength to start taking classes. All of our classes are very carefully designed to get you started and help you shape up, lose weight, and gain strength as you progress through our program.
You are not required to be flexible to start pole dancing classes. We have a dependable structure to help you become flexible.
YES! So many people have a hard time initially getting themselves in to take a class, but once they do, they are hooked. A combination of our fun environment, friendly instructors and supportive students makes it easy to forget why you had a hard time coming in for the first time. As a bonus, the more you come in, you will find that pole dancing is an excellent way to build confidence, lose weight and become more graceful while having a great time. Its a win-win!
Pole dancing is the perfect workout. This workout is for women and men of all ages, shapes and sizes. Don't think you will be the only one "like you" in the class. People from all walks of life practice this type of fitness and have fun doing it. If you try it once, you will be hooked.
A WRITTEN request must be received at least 30 days in advance of your billing cycle (example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 1st and you want to cancel for the month of February, you must submit a written cancellation to Doll House Pole Fitness by January 1st).
Beginners must take at least 10 of the Beginner Pole Dance classes to move up to the intermediate classes.

We have very few men that take our pole classes. However we believe in equal rights for both men and women to take pole fitness classes.
